The Bot1 Sales Channel App is now installed

You successfully linked your Shopify store to the Bot1 Sales Channel App. There are two more steps to complete before you can start selling in your Bot1 Messenger Chatbot.

Make Collections Available

Your Messenger Chatbot allows you to browse all products available to the Bot1 Sales Channel categorized by their Collection.

You can either re-use existing Collections - or create entirely new Collections exclusively for the Bot1 Messenger Sales Channel. Shopify allows you to make Products and Collections available to all or only a subset of your Sales Channels.

Per-default, your Collections are not available to the new Sales Channel.

Make sure to create or make available at least one Collection.

Make Products Available

After making a Collection available to the Sales Channel, make sure to also make Products available.

Pick a selection of Products or all of them and either bulk-enable them or go one-by-one.

Start Selling

At this point, you're all set. Make sure that the store integration can be accessed from the Main Menu of your Messenger Chatbot or whereever you'd like it to be. The Bot1 team will help you getting set up correctly.
